The Operational Philosophy

The philosophy of Floorworks is to provide a safe, health, and comfortable space for the majority of people. We seek to achieve the greatest effects with the minimum resources from the Earth. We address that it’s everyone’s responsibility to guard the Earth, and we strive o be a model business with highest ethics and responsibility.

All the employees of the Company are down-to-earth, and rigorously control the quality for consumers. We pay attentions to each section of productions, and continuously research and develop the new technologies and equipment. We emphasize the application of the highest quality assurance, to create the largest customer satisfaction, while complying with the principles of environmental friendly and health, enabling the consumer to obtain an innovatinve, comfortable, convenient, fashionable, and optimal living space.

Three Initiatives to Lead the Industry

This is the first flooring tile that is non toxic, no PAE or PET, and no formaldehyde in the world. The only environmental friendly business model that passed the EPD Category Three Environmental Announcement in Taiwan. We are the self-created local brand cultivating business locally. Currently we have three production plants.

Four pillars not to be compromised

1. The full service from design to production, for the demonstration of the full-scale strength of MIT. No OEM to China factories which results in the inferior flooring tiles full of market.

2. Only apply 100% of pure new materials. While the production cost increases, the quality is enhanced and thus improve the price-performance ratio greatly. Never seeking profits by using cheap recycled materials.

3. We use the BASF Hexamoll DiNCH imported from Germany as our key material, which is the same grade with the toys for toddlers under three years old and food package, in case kids touch or swallow; it is a very safe material.

4. The tiles are slip-, moisture-, scratch-, and flame-proof, as well as abrasion-resistant; the abovementioned properties are proved by rigorous tests.
